Regional Workshop, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, April 19 – 21, 2011

Exceed partners and other researchers from the South East Asian Region have been invited to join a Regional Workshop on “Water management and water pollution control for river basin” in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam from April 19 – 21 . The workshop has been organized in cooperation with the Vietnam National University’s  Institute for Environment and Resources (IER)

The workshop aimed at providing a scientific platform for participants coming from academic and industrial field, as well as NGOs, to exchange their knowledge, point of view and unique experiences related to Water management and water pollution control of river basin, especially in the developing countries.

The event addressed to South East Asian MA and M.Sc. students, PhD students, post-doctoral researchers and senior research scientists from Engineering and Natural Sciences-Departments from having interest on water management and water pollution control for river basin in the developing countries. The workshop comprises of plenary lectures, oral/poster presentations, scientific discussions, exhibition and site excursion in Tayninh province and Vietnam’s Mekong delta.
